ASQM : 60W – 200W ( Low Profile Metal Clad Resistor )
ASZ : 40W – 15kW
ASZA : Braking Resistor Array with Power up to 20kW
ASZA consists of ASZ resistors in parallel / series
ASQN, ASQMN, ASZN : Low Inductance version is available

Dynamic Braking Resistor Load Box with power up to 60kW.
Internal wire wound element is protected by external Aluminium Case from external mechanical force, humidity and dusty.
Excellent Pulse energy dissipation capacity
Durable and can withstand stronger vibration, moisture and solvent
Support water resistant and outdoor application requirement, up to IP65
Support Brake Resistor with Thermocouple or Thermal Switch built-in.
The thermocouple / Thermal Switch output can be as one of the control signals and trigger protective functions.
Support Dual-Resistance values
Support Precision Tolerance : +/-0.1% +/-0.5% +/-1% +/-5% +/-10%
Support High Pulse Current requirement
Support Braking Resistor with protective enclosure, cooling system and Thermal Switch
For Low Ohmic values, please tell the resistance, working Voltage, Duty Cycle and Loading Time or number of pulses per sec/min. Different Voltages can cause different loading currents.
Low temperature coefficient, improved heat conduction and heat convection
Miniature size is available upon request.

Braking Resistor Electrical Connection Options :
i) Electrical Lead Wires – length can be made according to customer’s application needed. The standard lead length is 100mm.
ii) Electrical Lead Wires with Ring or Y Terminals
iii) Busbar Terminals – good for High Pulse Current applications
